A Firm Founded on What Should Be Standard

Flagler Duval was founded on a straightforward premise: real estate clients in Florida deserve a brokerage that discloses its role clearly, operates with genuine accountability, and treats every engagement with the seriousness of a fiduciary obligation.

Too many firms blur the line between representation and transaction facilitation. We drew the line. From day one, we structured our operations around Florida's two representation models, Single Agent and Transaction Broker, and built every process, checklist, and standard around protecting the client's position.

Today, we serve buyers, sellers, developers, and property owners across South Florida. Our team operates under elevated performance standards, and our advisory work extends into asset management, project coordination, and developer services, all governed by the same commitment to clarity, risk control, and disciplined execution.
